2. Steel / Painted Hanging Platform:

Concept of Plastic Spray Paint:

Adopt the method of electrostatic adherence to make the powder coatings absorbed on the surface of metal, a protective film formed after high temperature solidified.

Process of Plastic Spray Paint:

Plastic Spray Paint also called electrostatic powder coating. It make use of electrostatic generator to electrify the plastic powder which absorbed by the surface of iron plate, then baking by temperature of 180～220℃ in order to make the powder melting and adhered on the surface of metal. Plastic spray powder mainly including Acrylic powder, Polyester powder and so on.

3. Characteristics:

1). The standard length of platform is 4 meters, 6 meters or 7.5 meters based on different models (composed by 1.5M, 2M, 2.5M, 3M...) We can customized platform as your requirements. Our platforms are easy to disassembly, installation and translocation.

2). The height of platform is 1.08M (front), 1.18M (back) & 1.30M(head) which according to the new state standards.

3). The head of platform adopt the design of advanced mechanics principle, that not only enhance the safety coefficient but also keep the accuracy of the hole position.

4. The surface of platform make use of the process of sandblast, derusting and paint. The bottom of platform with anti-skid diamond plate.
